REFUND

We will happily refund an order that has NOT been dispatched (less any transaction fees) charged by financial institutions usually around 2.5% but will be confirmed on a case by case basis subject to institution.

To initiate a refund, please email us as soon as possible at sales@floatezy.com BEFORE we dispatch the product(s).  You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved in our system. You can expect your refund to be processed within 5 business days.

Note: if product(s) have been dispatched, we can only issue store credit. See Returns below for more information.

 

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please attach a picture of your product(s) and email it to us at support@floatezy.com within 14 days of your order being dispatched.  You will be notified via email once your return has been approved in our system. You can expect your store credit to be processed within 5 business days.

We don't impose any restocking fees on returned products. Your satisfaction matters most, and we want to make the return process as straightforward as possible for you.

Our goods come with a Warranty from the manufacturer against defects. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please note:

  • Buyer is to pay return shipping costs. We strongly encourage you to retain the tracking number for your parcel until it is received by FloatEzy. FloatEzy is not responsible for any return parcels lost in transit.
  • The value of the store credit issued will be equal to the amount originally paid for the returned item. If the item/s were purchased with a discount code, your store credit will be for the discounted price that you paid for the returned item/s.  Our store credits have no expiry dates and can be used for any other items purchased from FloatEzy.
  • All tags and hygiene labels must be attached and in place.
  Please ensure that items are tried on over your underwear in the interests of hygiene.

  • If you choose to exchange your item/s for item/s of a higher price, you will be charged for the amount owing.
  • If you choose to exchange your item/s for item/s of a lower price, you will be issued a store credit for the remainder of your initial purchase amount.
  • Returns must include original packaging, must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition.
  • Items to be returned must be free from deodorant, makeup or other stains/marks and free from strong odours.

  • You must also return any free promotional items you received with your original order.
  • Items purchased in 'Last Pieces' sales are final. They are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
