SHIPPING

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and a signature is required upon delivery.  To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (AEST)
Order Handling Time: 1-2 days (Monday - Friday)
Transit Time: 4-8 days ( Monday - Friday)

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. Signature is required on delivery.

Please note that these times are estimations only. FloatEzy is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other postal services especially during busy periods and unprecedented times.

 

TAXES

GST is included for Australian customers. For international customers, any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of buyer.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

After placing an order, FloatEzy takes full responsibility for ensuring the quality of the item, processing the order promptly, and handing the parcel over to Australia Post for delivery.  However, once the parcel is scanned into the Australia Post system, it is now the responsibility of the mail service to ensure the delivery of the parcel to the customer.
